SLY-GROG CHARGE
ASHBURTON MAN FINED £2O [ Per Pre.*s Association. J ASHBURTON, Dec. 17. Harold Price, labourer, was fined £2O for the illegal sale of liquor. The police stated that they found in his house 52 bottles of homebrew, 36 of ale, 2i of whisky, and 4 of wine. Accused said the homebrew was his own Christmas supply.
