AUDITOR-GENERAL’S REPORT SYDNEY, Dec. 16. The Stale Auditor-General, Mr. Spence, in his annual report on industrial undertakings, said that certain features of transactions regarding the selling of the Monier Pipe Works were unsatisfactory from the point of view of audit.
