ABYSSINIAN MINISTER
ORDERED TO LEAVE KENYA NAIROBI, Nov. 23. Tekle Hawariate, a former Abyssinian Minister in Paris, the Emperor’s spokesman at Geneva, has been refused permission to remain in Kenya, where there are 10,000 Abyssinian refugees.
