BREAKING AND ENTERING
THREE YEARS’ PROBATION. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Nov. 24. Frederick Yeldon, aged 20, was sentenced by the Chief Justice to three years’ probation onf our charges of breaking, entering, and theft, a condition being that he stay in employment or an institution in which he might be placed by the Child Welfare Department
