HEADMISTRESS RESIGNS
MISS J. R. BARR, M.A. [ Per Press Association. ] TIMARU, Nov. 24. ’ Miss J. R. Barr, M.A., who for the last 14 years has been principal of the Timaru Girls’ High School, intends to retire shortly. Her resignation, to take effect from the commencement of the second term in 1938, was accepted with regret at a meeting of the Board of Governors to-night. _ 4
