SALVATION ARMY ANNIVERSARY

The Sunday School anniversary will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, Wicksteed Street, this weekend. Major William Searle, who is the officer in charge of the Palmerston North Corps, will preside over all services.

The children have been practicing their items for a number of weeks, and the united singing is under the capable leadership of Bandmaster Alan Pike. The children will take part in each service and on Sunday afternoon a full programme will be given by the primary department. On Monday the prizes will be distributed, and a splendid variety programme will be rendered, there will be no charge for admission. The public are cordially invited to attend.
