MARQUESS OF CLYDESDALE’S BROTHER LONDON, Nov. 5. Lord Malcolm Douglas-Hamilton, brother of the Marquess of Douglas and Clydesdale, will arrive in New Zealand by the Waiwera on January 6 to arrange a tour by a party of English public school boys, which is now being organised.
