It is understood that last night’s “black-out” over 400 square miles of the Nore Command i: connection with the full-scale rehearsals of anti-air-craft defence measures, involving all the Mec’way towns and the co-opera-tion of public services with the Army, Territorials, navy, and the newly-en-listed air raid precautions personnel, was a complete success.
