DEATH IN MALAYA
[ British Official Wirelees.] RUGBY, Nov. 6. The Colonial Secretary has received with deep regret a telegram from the High Commissioner for the Malay States reporting the death of the Regent of Kedah. Mr. Ormsby-Gore requested the High Commissioner to express his sympathy with the relatives and State Council.
