NAVAL AGREEMENTS

RATIFICATIONS EXCHANGED TWO BILATERAL TREATIES. [ British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, Nov. 4. Instruments of ratification of the Anglo-German and Anglo-Soviet naval agreements of July last were exchanged to-day at the Foreign Office. The agreements will come into force as from to-day. These bilateral treaties run parallel to the London Naval Treaty, 1936, and provide for a qualitative limitation and exchange of information with regard to future naval construction.
