EIGHT-BALL OVER TO BE ADOPTED IN N.Z. [ Per Press Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 4. The eight-ball over will be adopted in New Zealand cricket. There will be no increase in the number of New Zealand selectors. These were two decisions reached this morning at a biennial conference of delegates to the annual conference of the NewZealand Cricket Council. The two decisions will require to be confirmed formally at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Cricket Council tomorrow night. WANGANUI ASSOCIATION COMPETITION MATCHES TEAMS FOR TO-MORROW. In Wanganui Cricket Association matches to-morrow the following will represent their respective clubs:—Marist Club. Seniors V. Tech. Old Boys, on Cook’s Gardens, at 1.45 p.m.—Anderson, Cuming, Crombie, Darby, Dow, Hastings, Hodson, Koorey, Madden, Neale, Rose, Workman. Junior A v. Collegiate A on College ground at 1.45 p.m.—Brandon, Cameron, Carr, Cronin, Croll, Corrigan, Greener, Gray, McMahon, Stewart, Wallace, Vernon. Junior B v. Aramoho, on Victoria Park at 1.45 p.m.—F.
