Mr and Mrs J. Wilson, Marlborough, are visiting Wanganui. Mrs Russell Grace will be a Wanganui visitor to Christchurch for Cup week. Mr and Mrs T. Hogan are Auckland visitors to Wanganui. Mr and Mrs W. Jury, of Tauranga, were visitors to Wanganui this week. Mrs John Shroder, who has been visiting Mrs W. Peat, “Hillside,” has returned to Christchurch. After spending a holiday in Wanganui as the guest of Mrs D. Latham, Mrs Montgomery has returned to Riccarton. Miss M. McGrath, of the staff of Marsden School, Wellington, spent the holiday week-end in Wanganui with her parents, Mr and Mrs G. F. McGrath, Liverpool Street. Mrs Bennett, St. John’s Hill, has returned from a few days’ holiday spent at Foxton Beach. She was accompanied by Miss J. Sewell. Miss M. Harrison, Wicksteed Street, who left early in the year on a trip to England, is expected to arrive back by the Orion which reaches Wellington on Tuesday, after calling in at Auckland during this week-end.
