METEOROLOGICAL CONFERENCE AUSTRALIAN DELEGATES Received Oct. 27, 10.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 27. The Australian representatives attending the meteorological conference being held at Wellington on November 29 in connection with the Aus-tralian-New Zealand air service, will be the Commonwealth meteorologist, Mr W. S. Watt, the senior meteorologist at Melbourne, Mr E. W. Timcke and the second member of the Civil Aviation Board, Wing-Commander A. Cobby.
