NICARAGUA AND HONDURAS
FRONTIER INCIDENTS GENEVA, Oct. 25. The League Secretary-General received a cablegram from the Government of Nicaragua concerning frontier incidents, and the affair subsequently led to various cablegrams from both Nicaragua and Honduras which were communicated to States members. The affair relates to the frontier delimitation, Nicaragua disputing the arbitral award by the King of Spain in 1906 concerning the frontier of Honduras and Nicaragua. Nicaragua asserts and Honduras denies that the Nicaraguan nationals inhabiting Honduras are being illtreated.
