CHARGE AGAINST NATIVE PRINCE Received Oct. 26, 11.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 26. A message from Honolulu says that Prosecutor Kelley has announced he is filing a second degree murder charge against Prince Kawananakoa. Despite continuous questioning the Prince has not yet offered a clear explanation, mumbling: “I can’t figure things out.” Prince David Kawananakoa was held for questioning after the finding of the body of a beautiful half-breed girl, Arvila Kinslea, aged 21, in hei apartment. Her throat had been cut and there were signs of a struggle. The Prince admitted that he was present at a drinking party with the victim and her sister Rose. He insisted that he was unable to recall events before midnight, when he summonedan ambulance. The girl died shortly after the arrival of surgeons.
