COLLEGIATE SCHOOL OLD BOYS
ANNUAL TOURNAMENT PLANNED. Last year Old Boys of the Wanganui Collegiate School promoted a very enjoyable and successful afternoon’s golf at Belmont links. The local executive has arranged to hold a similar afternon on Thursday of next week (November 4). As was the case last year, various events will be played in the one round, such as the Old Boys’ Championship (best gross score), Grey stroke handicap, Harvey Stablelord and Maris Bogey handicap. Entries, as advertised on the front page, close next Monday. Such tournaments as these are growing very popular and Old Boys ii. the city and surrounding districts an looking forward to a glorious after noon.
