THE WAVERLEY MEETING Overcast weather during the early morning resulted in the conspicuous absence of the spring modes at the races at Waverley on Monday. Fur coats, cloth coats and costumes were to be seen on every hand. Navy was again a favourite colour, and there were several variations of the new Coronation blue.
