FACTIONS IN RUSSIA
BELA KUN CHARGED WITH WRECKING Received Oct. 20, 10.5 p.m. MOSCOW, Oct. 20. Bela Kun, former Communist dictator of Hungary, is charged with wrecking. The newspaper Comintern accuses him of sabotaging Moscow’s efforts to create a single disciplined front. This is the first public ittack made on Bela Kun since he ntered Russia.
