DUKE OF WINDSOR
AN EXCITING DAY HAILED BY THE CROWS NAZI TRAINING CENTRE VISITED. BERLIN, Oct. IX The Duke of Windsor had an exciting 150 miles drive to inspect one of the four centres where future Nazi leaders are being trained. He tfavelled in the luxurious motor-bus designed by Herr Hitler for the use of distinguished people, containing a shower-bath, and sleeping accommodation. Crowds gathered in the market squares of every town and village and cried "Heil,” and gave the Nazi salute. The Duke inspected the black-uni-formed protective guards and gave them the Nazi salute.
The Duke listened to an explanation of four years’ training, after which those selected at the age of 28 go forth as perfect Nazis to found racially pure families and become leaders of the party. ’ The Duke and Dr. Ley then flew •o the Baltic island of Ruegen and saw the beach rest houses for workers under the auspices of the "strength through joy” movement. They returned to Berlin bv air.
