MOTORIST FINED £2O LICENCE SUSPENDED [ Per Press Association. ] INVERCARGILL, Oct. 13. A fine of £2O was imposed on Andrew Allan McKenzie, labourer, and his licence was cancelled for two years by Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day on a charge of being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car.
