ABYSSINIAN SITUATION TROOP MOVEMENTS EXPLAINED ROME, Oct. 11. It is officially denied that there is serious trouble in Abyssinia. It is stated that the troop movements are due to the routine police precautions necessary at the close of the rainy season.
