FOR DUKE OF WINDSOR? THE REPORT DENIED. Received Oct. 12, 10.30 p.m. HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 11. sr. Will Hays announced that there is no foundation for the report regarding the Duke of Windsor’s appointment as world film censor. Other film officials said it was most unlikely that Hollywood would employ the Duke of Windsor. There would be the risk of offending Britain because a third of the receipts came from there.
