Band at Race Meeting. Under the baton of Mr. R. Francis, L.R.S.M., New Zealand's champion band, the Wanganui Garrison Band, provided an attractive programme of music between races at the first day of the Wanganui Jockey Club's spring meeting yesterday. The music at the second day's racing, to-morrow, will be provided by the Queen Alexandra’s Own Mounted Rifle Band.
