AT THE RACES

SMART FROCKING The first day of the Wanganui Jockey Club’s spring meeting was favoured with fine weather. Tailored suits and two-piece ensembles worn with smart accessories and floral sprays were an important feature of the dressing, and some of the new season’s millinery made its appearance.
