WRESTLING AT AUCKLAND

STEIN BEATS KIRILENKO [Per Press z\ssoclation. J AUCKLAND, June 21. A professional heavyweight contest staged under the control of the Auckland Wrestling Association at the Town Hall between Sammy Stein, of America, and Matros Kirilenko, of Russia, was won by Stein on points after each man had secured a fall. The first fall was gained by Kirilenko in the fourth round following a series of headlock and forward chancery throws, these having been preceded by a series of forearm jolts. Stein evened in the seventh round with a body scissors and armbar after four flying tackles. It was a good, lively bout witnessed by a crowd which almost filled the Town Hall.
