WANGANUI CLUB WEEK-END RESULTS The Wanganui Greyhound Racing Club held a most successful meeting last week-end. Weather conditions were perfect and good racing was witnessed. A trophy was donated by Mrs Cheatley, of Puriri Street, for the A grade. Results:—
Al Grade (club trophy) .—Miss M. Riding’s Mosquito Boy 1, Miss M Holly's Wait and See 2, Mr H. Higgs’ Movie Star 3.
A Grade (Mrs Cheatley's trophy).— Mrs H. Higgs’ Flying Tackle 1, Mrs H. Ford’s Smoke Bellew 2, Mr G. Holly’s Mosquito Queen 3. Hurdles (club trophy).—Miss M. Holly's Wait nad See 1, Mr H. Hig"s’ Movie Star 2, Mr H. Ford's Rose P'nk 3.
Saplings (club trophy).—Mrs F. A. McCartney's Flight Lieutenant 1, Mr F. H. McCartney's Dawn Patrol 2. Mrs J Palamountain’s Nosey Parker 3. Trial Runs.—No. 1: Miss M. Riding's Mosquito Boy 1. Miss M.
