NEW SECRETARY ARRIVES. [ Per Prose Association. ] WELLINGTON, June 9. Brigadier E. Kemp, the new secretary for the Salvation Army in New Zealand, accompanied by his wife and three children, arrived by the Wanganella from Sydney. Another arrival is Mr. B. Marsden, who with his brother, controls two cotton mills in India. He is on a visit with his wife. He said his mill exported approximately a million and a-half bales of cotton goods to Japan each year. They leave for Christchurch to-night on a short visit to the South Island, and proceed to England by the Tamaroa on June 18
