WINGATUI MEETING OPENS SIGNALLER’S HURDLES [ Per Prefaa Association. | DUNEDIN. June 9. The Dunedin Jockey Club’s winter meeting was opened to-day on a very heavy track, though the weather was beautifully fine overhead. The attendance was excellent and the totalisator handled £23,120, compared with £14,782 10s on the first day last year.
