CIR STRIKES POST
WANGANUI BIEN INJURED WELLINGTON, June 7. Five men were injured, though none seriously, when the car in which they were travelling crashed into, a post in Glenmore Road at 4.15 a.m. yesterday. Those injured were: S- Harrison, carpenter, Wanganui, incised wound to the lip and injuries to the jaw; R. J. Peattie. carpenter, Wanganui, abrasions to the nose and injuries to the right knee; I. C. Merrington. clerk, Wanganui, incised wound to the nose and face; R. Spooner, dry cleaner, injury to right knee; J. Spooner, dry cleaner, injuries to nose and mouth. The men were taken to hospital by Ambulance.
