BOUT AT GISBORNE

RUMBERG AND SPELLMAN DRAW I P.r Pies, Auoclatlon. 1 GISBORNE, June 7. Providing plenty of excitement for a packed house, Spellman and Rumberg wrestled a draw on Saturday. Spellman pinned his opponent in the third round after a series of dumps, and in the sixth appeared likely to get another, but the gong saved Rumberg. The latter came out strong in the sevent, and when Spellman hurled him against the ropes he came off with a flying body scissors, driving the lighter man to the mat and registering an equalising fall.
