PHOSPHATE CARGO The British steamer Beatus cleared Nauru Island on May 31 for New Plymouth and Wanganui. The vessel has a cargo of rock phosphate for Messrs. WESTMORELAND THURSDAY The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Westmoreland (8339 tons) is expected Wanganui roadstead to-morrow morning from Gisborne. She will load frozen meat and dairy produce for Home markets, and is expected to sail on Saturday for Timaru and Bluff on Saturday. From the last-named port, the Westmoreland is scheduled to sail on June 18 for Southampton and London, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. (Johnston and Co.). TONGARIRO NEXT WEEK To load the W’anganui portion of her Homevpird cargo in the roadstead, the Federal freighter Tongariro (8719 tons. Captain Clarke) is due on Monday from New Plymouth. The Blue Star Line’s motor-ship Australia Star is due at New i’lymouth on June 25 from Australia and will subsequently load at Wanganui (June 29 to July 2), Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland.
