VILLAGE CLOCKS DIFFER SUMMERTIME DISPUTE AMSTERDAM, June 2. The public clocks in the village ol Vinkeveen are showing times differing by an hour owing to the opposition of some of the inhabitants to official summer time, which was recently introduced throughout Holland. Half of the population insists on adhering to the winter time. The authorities are endeavouring to settle the dispute.
