CALENDAR REFORM
DESBOROUGH PLAN LEAGUE COMMISSION TO INQUIRE GENEVA, May 28. The Council of the League of Ng’ lions has authorised a Commission to inquire into the Desborough plan for calendar reform, which provides for the year always to commence on • Sunday and finish on a Saturday, the k first month in each quarter to consist of 31 days and the others 30 days.
