Millward was a New Plymouth visitor to Wanganui for the week-end. Miss K. Coleman, of Hawera, is spending a few days in Wanganui. Mrs. L. Duigan and her daughter, Mrs. R. D. Barton, who have been spending a few days in Wanganui, returned yesterday to Wellington. Mrs. Maurice Cobbe, of Feilding, spent the week-end in Wanganui and has left to spend a holiday in Hawera and New Plymouth. ♦ * • B Visitors to Wanganui for the dance given by Mr. and Mrs. P. A. O'Neill on Friday included Miss Helen Simmons, of Patea, Miss Marjorie Brewer, of Waverley, Miss Margaret Campbell, of Mangaweka, and Miss Ruth Kershaw Martinborovgh, Wairarapa.

Mrs. F. Brice (Tutaenui), Mrs. A. Williams (Marton), Mrs. Lloyd Hammond and Mrs. W. H. Aidworth (Hunterville) were visitors to Dannevirke on Thursday for the interprovincial conference of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union.
