Acording to a Geneva message the British Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, referring at the League Council meeting to the Franco-British declaration relieving Belgium of her Locarno obligations, said that the negotiations with Belgium, which had been so happily concluded would, he hoped, lead to further negotiations and closer collaboration between all the interested countries.
