RACEHORSE LITIGATION ( Per Pre* Association. I WELLINGTON. May 28. The litigation between Walter Smart, pawnbroker, of Wellington, and Arthur Edmond Preston, junr., over an unnamed Captain Bunsby gelding, sold to plaintiff by defendant, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Smith. Decision was reserved.
