EMPIRE DELEGATES
PARLIAMENTARY CONFERENCE LONDON, April 28. The Empire Parliamentary Conference to be attended by all party representatives from every Dominion ana colony, mostly back benchers, but Including a member of the Cabinet from each Dominion, will open at Westminster on May 3 and conclude on May 7, when His Majesty will attend a luncheon at Westminster Hall to the 65 delegates and their wives. The conference will embrace dally debates on a wide range of subjects, in which the delegates will speak freely. The speeches will not be reported.
