BRITISH OBSERVERS

DEPARTURE FOR PORTUGAL [ British Official Wireless. J RUGBY, March 17. A large contingent of British observers in Portugal, who will total 130, left Southampton for Lisbon. It is expected that all will be in position by March 23. Brigadier Balbuquerque will be liaison officer in Lisbon with the British observers.
