BELIEVED INCREASE IN N.Z. COMMENTS BY JUDGE [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, March 18. Fear that sexual crime was increasing in New Zealand was expressed by Mr. Justice Reed to-day when sentencing prisoners. He thought that the Courts would have to deal more severely with offenders.
