RED ARMY RANKS NAMED
SALUTING RE-INTRODUCED. Received March 10, 8.40 p.m. MOSCOW, March 9. New Red Army orders designate generals as commanders, and approve of the introduction of the ranks of colonel, major, captain, lieutenant and sergeant. They also compel saluting which, hitherto, was prohibited.
