CREW ADOPT STAY-IN STRIKE 40-HOUR WEEK AND HIGHER WAGES W ANTED LE HAVRE, March 9. The crew ot the Normandie have declared a stay-in strike and refuse to move for seventy-two hours unless granted a forty-hour week, and a 30 per cent, wage increase.
