NEW THEATRE FOR ADELAIDE

SEATING CAPACITY OF 30(10 ESTIMATED TO COST £150,000 ADELAIDE, March 6. The managing director of General Theatres Corporation (Mr. Stuart Doyle), who arrived in Adelaide yesterday, announced that a theatre to seat 3000 people, and estimated to cost £150,000, will be built on a site in West Hindley Street, Adelaide. The building, it is expected, will be completed by Easter next year, and will be air-conditioned. Mr. Doyle said that his company had planned to build theatres through out the Empire.
