RESOLUTION: “iShat in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 2 of “The Counties Amendment Act, 1931,” the Council of the County of Wanganui doth hereby, by Special Order, declare that Sections one hundred and twenty-one and one hundred and thirty-one of “The Counties Act, 1920,” which provide for the general rates to be levied in ridings separately and for the apportionment of income respectively, shall not apply to the Wanganui County Council and that this Special Order shall take effect from the close of the financial year ending on the 31st. day of March, 1937.
