WANGANUI EAST CLUB HANDICAP EVENTS MATCHES TO BE PLAYED As several matches are holding up the various handicap events in the Wanganui East Lawn Tennis Club’s competitions, members are requested to play them off during the weekend, otherwise the committee will have to scratch them. Fisher and Carthy v. Ward and Gordon Jones. Hawkins and Miss Hood v. Stone and Miss M. White. Webster and Miss Hart v. Hansen and Miss Duncan. Bigham and Miss Wilson v. B. Williamson and Miss J. Smith. S. Downes and Mrs McGregor v. Bain and Miss R. Wight. Fisher and Miss Harris v. A. Walker and Miss Ede. Misses Hart and Gray v. winner of Misses Smith and Cantwell v. Smith and Wilsori game.
