OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Rangitikei County Council, held on January 29, 1937, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Special Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday, the 4th day of March, 1937, at 10 a.m. at the County Council Chambers, Marton. RESOLUTION. “That in pursuance and exercise ol the powers conferred upon it by Section 2 of ‘The Counties Amendment Act. 1931,’ the Council of the County of Rangitikei doth hereby, by Special Order, declare that Sections one hundred and twenty-one and one hundred and thirty-one of ‘The Counties Act, 1920,’ which provide for the general rates to be levied in ridings separately and for the apportionment of income respectively, shall not apply to the Rangitikei County Council, and that this Special Order shall take effect from the close of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1937.” Dated this 4th day of February, 1937.
