WANGANUI DISTRICT NURSING LEAGUE Sir—Will you kindly allow me, on behalf of our committee, to make an appeal to your readers for our District Nursing League patients. Through your courtesy and the kindness of the public we have for many years been able to give extra food and comforts at Christmas to these old people who are ill and would deem it a great favour if the public would aid us with gifts of money or kind, so that their homes may be brightened on Christmas Day.—l am, etc., H.
