WORLD TITLE BRADDOCK AND SCHMELING TO MEET NEW YORK, Dec. 12. Max Schmeling and Jim Braddock, world’s heavyweight champion, signed articles for a 15-round title bout on June 3. The victor must post a 25,000dollar dout to defend the crown within six months thereafter. Braddock agreed not to meet Louis until after the Schmeling fight, but he may meet anyone else in exhibitions under 15 rounds.
