GREENOCK BY-ELECTION Received Nov. 27, 9.5 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 27. The Greenock by-election, owing tc Sir G. Collins’ death, resulted: R. Gibson (Labour) 20.594 V. E. Cornelius (Lib. Nat.) 17,990 Labour gain. The voting at the last general election was:—Sir G. Collins (Nat. Labour), 18,013, T. Irwin (Labour) 10,850, A. Ferguson (Con.), 64140.
