A METHODIST RESOLUTION 1 Per Preas Association. ] HASTINGS, Nov. 28. That young people of the Methodist Church be warned of the subtle evils associated with dance halls. This view was expressed this morning by the Hawke’s Bay-Manawatu District Synod. The following resolution was passed:— "We are of opinion that such are the moral and spiritual dangers associated with mixed dances that we recommend that no alteration be made in the church’s law on the matter.”
