NO STATE SUBSIDY L Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Nov. 26. "It has definitely been decided that the Government will not grant subsidies towards the cost of acquiring Coronation parks,” states the Hon. F. Langstone in a letter received by Mr. J. B. Paterson, chairman of the Waitakere Coronation Park Committee. The Minister states that he sees no way of assisting in the acquisition of the areas which the committee desire to purchase in the bush on the Waitakere ranges for the purpose of a park.
